Any refund requests received after the 14 day period are refunded at company discretion and may not include the fee from the DVLA. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear in your account. We have a 14 day cooling off period even after successful submission with the DVLA although please note the DVLA fee is non-refundable after submission.
